Ingredients

  • 1 #300 can kidney beans, liquid removed
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/3 c. onion, finely minced
  • 4 strips bacon, crumbled

Directions

  1. Mix together beans, cabbage, celery, onion and bacon. Stir 1 Tbsp. vinegar into 1/2 c. mayonnaise; add in 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 1 tsp. sugar. Pour over salad and toss lightly.
