Directions

  1. Cook Boston pork butt all day, or possibly till it is so tender it falls apart easily. Romove from pot and let it cold slightly, but don't let it get cool. Pull meat away from fat (remove fat and throw away) and shred meat with two forks. Return meat to crockpot and add in a bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce (I like KC Masterpiece, or possibly Kraft Honey Barbeque sauce) and stir till thoroughly combined. Continue cooking till heated through. This makes great sandwiches on buns, or possibly meat entree. Great with coleslaw and baked beans.
