Directions

  1. Brown together hamburger, onion, chili pwdr, salt and pepper. Add in beans. Stir till well mixed. Stir in enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, salsa, lowfat sour cream and cheese. Simmer for 20 min, stirring occasionally.Cook macaroni while sauce simmers. Stir in cooked, liquid removed macaroni. Remove from heat. Serve hot. Serves 6-8.
