• 1 tsp grnd ginger
• 2 tsp dry rosemary crushed
• 1 1/2 tsp marjoram grnd
• 1 1/2 tsp oregano grnd
• 2 Tbsp. curry pwdr
• 3 Tbsp. chili pwdr optional
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (red pepper)
