Ingredients
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 3 T honey
- 3 T red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 green onion, minced
- 1 lg. garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 (1 1/2 pound) flank steak or possibly London broil, trimmed and scored
Directions
- Put together first 7 ingredients. Place meat in large marinade dish and pour marinade over. Cover and chill overnight, turning steak twice.Prepare barbecue. Grill meat to desired doneness, 4 to 5 min per side for rare (best for London Broil). Slice into thin strips across grain and serve.
