• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 2)
• 1/2 c. buttermilk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/4 c. sugar
• 1/3 c. vegetable shortening
• 2 x Large eggs
