Banana Oat Bran Bread Recipe

• 2 1/2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
• 1 1/2 c. Bread Flour
• 1 c. Whole-Wheat Flour
• 3/4 c. Oat Bran
• 2 Tbsp. Gluten Flour, 100%
• 1/2 tsp Poppy Seeds optional
• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg optional
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. Molasses
• 2 Tbsp. Fruit Concentrate or possibly honey
• 1 c. Bananas ripe, 2 mashed
• 1/2 c. Water + 1 Tablespoons if at high altitude
