This is such a delicious twist on a classic sandwich. It'd be great some grilled onions or really good melty cheese on top.

Ingredients
- 3-4 lb chuck or round roast, boneless
- 1 c beef broth
- 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
- 1 T Worcestershire
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 T honey
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flake
- 2 T minced garlic
Directions
- Stir together the broth, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce and honey in a crock pot.
- Add in the red pepper and garlic.
- Place the roast in the crock pot.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for longer.
- You want the meat to fall apart and shred easily. The cook time will depend on your crockpot and how big a cut of beef you use.
- Serve on some good sandwich rolls and use the left over cooking liquid for dipping.
