This is such a delicious twist on a classic sandwich. It'd be great some grilled onions or really good melty cheese on top.

Directions

  1. Stir together the broth, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce and honey in a crock pot.
  2. Add in the red pepper and garlic.
  3. Place the roast in the crock pot.
  4. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for longer.
  5. You want the meat to fall apart and shred easily. The cook time will depend on your crockpot and how big a cut of beef you use.
  6. Serve on some good sandwich rolls and use the left over cooking liquid for dipping.
