  • 8 sm Red Potatoes Unpeeled, Halved
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Freshly Grnd Black Pepper

Directions

  1. This recipe is the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 deg F. Place sweet potatoes and red potatoes on an ungreased baking sheet. Lightly brush tops with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle withpepper. Bake till soft and lightly browned, about 30 - 40 min.
  3. Placein a serving dish.
