  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 8 ounce shredded mozzerella cheese divided
  • 1/2 c. pizza sauce (lowest carb count you can find)
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced red pepper

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and seasonings with electric mixer on medium speed till well-blended.
  2. Spread mix on the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Top with 1 c. of the mozzerella cheese, pizza sauce, and then the remaining 1 c. of mozzerella cheese and then the peppers.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min or possibly till mix is thoroughly heated and the cheese is melted.
  4. This recipe yields 10 servings;
  5. Comments: Serve with pork rinds.
