Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 375 F
  2. Using a large Roasting pan add 1-1/2 cups chicken stock (low sodium) or Broth, add whole chicken, add salt and black pepper, Honey BBQ sauce and using a brush coat well, squeeze some lemon juice over the bird
  3. Add butter pieces around carcass, cover with aluminum foil and place into the hot oven, Bake 55 minutes
  4. Remove foil and continue baking for 15 minutes.
  5. Using a grill or griddle pan quickly grill lemon halves and place around roasting pan during the final baking time
  6. Remove from oven allow to rest a few minutes, garnish with fresh Rosemary
