  • 4 Split Chicken Breasts (boneless/skinless) Baked
  • 1-1/2 cups Honey BBQ sauce
  • 8 Sesame Seed Rolls
  • Optional cheese
  • 4 Russet Potatoes
  • Drizzling of Canola Oil
  • Salt

Directions

  1. shred baked chicken breasts and add into a large pot, add BBQ sauce on low heat, stir gently, cook until heated through
  2. You can opt to lightly toast sesame seed buns (cut open)
  3. Add optional cheese if desired
  4. Peel and cut potatoes, place on a baking sheet pan, drizzle with canola oil and salt, Oven on 425 F bake 20 minutes or until golden brown, serve on the side of sandwiches
  5. Great supper any weeknight.
