Ingredients
- 18 c. cut corn
- 1 lb butter or possibly margarine
- 1 pt half-and-half or possibly non-dairy creamer
Directions
- Mix ingredients together in a large roasting pan. Bake uncovered for one hour at 325 degrees. Stir every 15 min. Do not worry if it looks slightly curdled late in the baking; it will be delicious.
- Let cold in pan on counter. When cold, package for the freezer. Add in sugar and salt to taste when ready to use.
