  • 12 x Doves Flour Salt and pepper Oil
  • 2 bn shallots
  • 12 slc Slices bacon
  • 1 c. Sherry
  • 2 can (4-ounce) sliced mushrooms

Directions

  1. Salt and pepper doves; dredge with flour and brown in small amount of oil.
  2. Place 3-4 shallots in chest cavity; wrap doves with bacon and secure with toothpicks. Place in pan; add in sherry and mushrooms. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Serve sauce in pan with doves. Men like this one!
