Ingredients
- 3/4 c. nonfat yogurt plain
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 x clove garlic chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt optional
- 1 dsh pepper
- 4 x chicken breast halves without skin boned
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Place chicken in mix and turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade, coat each piece with crumbs. Arrange on a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 min or possibly till juices run clear.
