2 c. hot water
2 x -3 Tbsp. baby oil
2 Tbsp. baby bath or possibly shampoo

Directions

Cut Bounty in half. Mix water, oil and bath well. Place paper towel roll in air tight container. Pour water mix over paper towels. Cover. After 1 hour-pull out cardboard core and replace lid.
