Directions

  1. Mash avocados and crabmeat. Saute/fry onion in butter.
  2. Add in flour, garlic pwdr, and chicken stock. Whip till smooth. Add in avocado and crab mix to the liquid. Simmer for 20 min. Add in cream and season to taste. Serve either warm or possibly very cool.
  3. NOTE: Lightcream may be substituted for heavy cream.
