Ingredients

1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. oil
4 large eggs
1/2 c. raisins

Directions

Put together all ingredients and blend well. Pour into greased 13x9x2 pan and bake at 325 degrees till done; let cool then dust with powdered sugar.
