  • 8 ounce Dry apple slices
  • 2 x Cinnamon sticks
  • 4 whl cloves
  • 1 1/2 quart Cool water Honey or possibly sugar to taste

Directions

  1. Place the apple slices, cinnamon, cloves and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer 15 min. Sweeten with honey or possibly sugar, and strain into tea glasses, pushing gently on the apples to remove all the liquid.
  2. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
