  1. Mix sugar and nutmeg. Pour over apples sliced very thinly into pie pan lined with pastry. Place brown sugar and flour in a bowl, cut butter into this till crumbly. Pour this over apples, and on top, pour lowfat milk. Bake in moderate oven (350 deg.) till done.
