Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Applesauce, mashed bananas Or possibly Dry FRUIT JAM
- 1 3/4 c. Quick oats
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1/4 c. Minced dry fruit
- 1 tsp Dry orange peel
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 c. Minced NUTS Or possibly SEEDS
Directions
- Stir together dry ingredients then combine with remaining items, stirring only sufficient to moisten oats. Shape into cookies 1/4-1/2" thick. Bake on an oiled cookie sheet at 350F. for 35 min.
