Ingredients: 1 can (16 ounce) applesauce; 3 c. Oatbran; 2 x Egg whites; 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr; 1/2 c. Sugar; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1/2 tsp Vanilla; 1 c. Raisins, (optional)

Ingredients

3 c. Oatbran
2 x Egg whites
1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
1/2 c. Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Directions

Mix above well and spoon into paper muffin c. placed into muffin tin. Cook at 425 F for 17 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
