Directions

  1. 1. Pre-heat oven TO 400 F. (warm)
  2. 2. Mix cornstarch, sugar, and cinnamon in saucepan. Add in 3/4 c. water and mix well. Add in apples.
  3. 3. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, till liquid thickens and apples just begin to soften-about 6 min.
  4. 4. Pour into 1-qt casserole.
  5. 5. Stir biscuit mix and cheese together. Add in 3 Tbsp. water and mix well. Spread on top of apple mix.
  6. 6. Bake till top is lightly browned-about 30 min.
