Directions

  1. Light a charcoal fire.
  2. Mix Large eggs with cream and lowfat milk, then add in torn-up bread onion, salt, horse- radish, pepper, thyme, and dry mustard. Stir well, let stand for 10 min, then stir well again, till all is well moistened and the bread is no longer in pcs. Add in grnd beef and mix well.
  3. Heat butter with catsup and keep hot.
  4. Measure out beef in 1/2 c. increments and form patties. Grill over warm coals on one side. Turn and brush with butter-catsup mix.
  5. Grill other side. Serve warm.
