WE WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT SO I LOVE FRY CHICKEN SO THIS IS A NEW WAY ITS VERRY GOOD AND LAST FOR DAYS. THIS CAN BE DONE WITH CHICKEN WINGS.

Ingredients

  • 1. CHICKEN DRUM STICKS
  • 2. 2 CUPS OF PRETZELS
  • 3. 1 OR 2 TBSP FLOUR
  • 4 1 0R 2 EGGS YOU DONT HAVE TO USE THEM.
  • 5. 1 TBSP CHICKEN FAJITA AND SEA FOOD SEASONING THIS IS THE ONLY ONE I USE MENCHACA FROM SAN ANTONIO TX.

Directions

  1. 1. WASH THE CHICKEN
  2. 2. IN A FOOD PROSSER TURN THE PRETZELS ONTO POWDER
  3. 3. ADD THE FLOUR AND THE CHICKEN FAJITA SEASONING AND MIX WELL
  4. 4. DIP IN EGGS OR SPRAY WITH PAM
  5. 5. WE PUT THE FAJITA SEASONING ON CHICKEN THEN ROLE IN TO PRETZELS MIXTURE
  6. 6. SPRAY SHEET WITH PAM AND PUT CHICKEN ON IT AND IN OVEN AT 350 DEG. OR WHAT YOU WANT TO BAKE AT.
  7. 7. COOK TILL DONE
  8. 8. LET COOL
