  • 1 box yellow cake mix (2 layer size)
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 5 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Ancient Age Bourbon
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 (16 ounce) pkg. butterscotch morsels (little more than lg. pkg.)
  • 1 c. nuts, minced

Directions

  1. Sift cake mix and pudding mix together. Add in large eggs, lowfat milk, bourbon, and butter. Beat long and hard by hand. Add in butterscotch morsels and nuts (reserve 1/2 cup each). Pour batter into prepared 13 x 9 inch pan and sprinkle remaining morsels and nuts over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 min.
