Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
20 ounce crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. lowfat milk
8 ounce cream cheese
13 ounce Cold Whip

Directions

Prepare cake mix as directed. Bake in 13"x9" cake pan. When done, prick cake with fork. Pour pineapple and juice over cake. Blend pudding mix with lowfat milk and beat in cream cheese. Spread over the pineapple. When cool, cover with Cool Whip. Garnish with nuts or possibly coconut. Keep in refrigerator.
