Ingredients

  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Cream style corn (white or possibly yellow)
  • 3 x Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. Self-rising corn meal
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 1/2 c. Veg. oil

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs well. Add in other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased muffin tins, cornstick pans, or possibly regular corn bread pan. Bake at 450 degrees till test done. Hint: for best results use a wisk.
