Directions

  1. Cook sausage links. Set aside.
  2. Beat Large eggs with electric mixer till foamy; add in onion, parsley and seasonings. Stir in cottage cheese and slowly add in lowfat milk.
  3. Place sausage in a 13-x9-x2-inch glass baking dish. Pour egg mix proportionately over sausage. (May chill overnight at this stage.)
  4. Preheat oven to 325*. Place casserole, uncovered, in oven and bake for 30 min or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean.
  5. Serves 10 to 12.
