Extra Healthy! and Are extra Yummy when You add blueberries
Ingredients
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Margarine
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 cup Pumpkin seeds or other type of Nut
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Cup 10 Grain Cereal( Bob's 10 Grain Cereal or other)
- 1 1/4 Cup Buttermilk or Sour Milk
Directions
- ~Preheat your Oven to 400
- Mix the cereal and the milk then set aside,
- In a different Bowl, Cream your egg, sugar and margarine. Add dry ingredients and milk mixture. stir only til mixed. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake 15 minutes.
- Note: if you don't have butter milk. Take 1 cup and 1 tsp lemon Juice, mix it together and let sit for 10 minutes or so til it starts to turn slightly chunky
