  • 2 Tablespoons Steen's Cane Syrup

  • Pizza Part:
  • 1 Pizza Shell
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion - chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Green Pepper- Chopped
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese
  • 10 oz Marinated and Lightly Grilled Steak - any Cut- cut into Stripes.
  • 1/2 Cup BBQ sauce

Directions

  1. First Use a fork to poke holes all over the surface of the steaks, and place steaks in a large baking dish. In a bowl, mix together beer, teriyaki sauce, and brown sugar. Pour sauce over steaks, and let sit about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 the seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder; set aside for 10 minutes. Turn steaks over, sprinkle with remaining seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and continue marinating for 10 more minutes. Or marinate all day for extra Flavor.
  2. As that is marinating.Work on your BBQ sauce.
  3. Combine root beer, ketchup, lemon juice, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, syrup, liquid smoke, lemon peel, ginger, garlic, and onion powder in a heavy medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is reduced to 1-1/2 cups volume, about 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and cool slightly. Transfer to a ceramic bowl, cover and refrigerate.
  4. Set aside 1/2 Cup. Refrigerate the rest for up to two Weeks.
  5. Now Preheat your oven to 400
  6. Now Grill your Steaks Til done the way you like. I love mine Medium Rare. So I cook it's to just get the grill marks on it. Cut into the strips.
  7. Next Get your Pizza Shell, put your Fresh Rootbeer bbq sauce, Put all the way to the edges. Next top with the Steak, Red onion, Green Pepper, and The Cheese at the very End.
  8. Pop into the Oven. Cook for 15 minutes or til your cheese is nicely browned. Enjoy
