About me
I'M LAZY, STUBBORN, MOODY..MY TRAIN OF THOUGHTS CAN BE INSANE & I'M HAPPY GO LUCKY!!! ..so who wants to be my friend? c:
I like Sleeping longer hours during my day offs, eating almost anything specially good food..i love CHINESE KOREAN EUROPEAN AMERICAN & FILIPINO CUISINE!!
And of course i always find time to cook, everytime there is an opportunity i try to experiment with whatever i can find as an ingredient for my recipe & pretend i'm really an expert at what i'm doing(..even when i don't even know the difference between pounds ; ounces & tbsps.)
Cooking Influences
-Parents
My Father is a good cook who specializes in Filipino cuisine very traditional who never cooks if a single ingredient is missing, while my Mother is a tolerable cook (sometimes makes the perfect golden fry but most of the time makes fried food undercooked or too oily ants won't even come near it! but can definitely create wonderful European cuisine) but she is the perfect baker ; i say perfect because she ALWAYS caters to what i and other customers/friends expects/requests from her goodies.
They have influenced, inspired and supported me with my hobby of cooking providing best practices & sharing every knowledge helpful to cooking & baking.
