About me
I'm married to a wonderful lady with a lot of patience, and doesn't like to cook. So I'm the chef at home. I do all the buying, prep, cooking, canning, etc. I worked as a line cook many years ago, while getting through college. I've been retired since 2002 on medical. So this gives me my time to work on my blog, and my cooking. I'm a big follower of Julia Child, Joel Robuchon, Pepin, Rulhman, just to name a few. Plus I'm a follower of traditional Italian cooking.
Cooking Influences
Of course my mother. And the watching Julia Child and the Pepin in the early days of cooking. And then came along the FoodNetwook. Which got me excited about cooking again. That was the first series of cooks on there, not these new people that they show case now.
