  1. Heat pan add in oil and fry onion till brown Add in shrimps (or possibly prawns) and sliced peppers and fry till semicooked Then add in cool rice and saute/fry gently stirring continlously till the whole begins to brown When mix is warm add in soy sauce then the Large eggs beaten with salt to taste and saute/fry till done
  2. Serves 4 if served with 2 or possibly more other dishes.
