Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts, skinned
  • 1 pkg. pastrami, dry beef, or possibly corned beef
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Butter 11 x 13 inch baking dish generously. Place slices of package meat (your choice) on bottom. Wrap each chicken breast with bacon slice and place on top of meat slices. Mix together lowfat sour cream and soup and pour on top. Cover with foil and bake 3 hrs at 300 to 325 degree oven.
