Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat inside bottom and sides of frzn tart shells with beaten egg white. Bake 5 min at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and divide tuna in each tart shell. Add in grated cheeses, then onion and minced spinach. Whisk Large eggs in bowl. Add in cream and whisk till lemon colored. Flavor with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour egg mix into tart shells to top and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min till centers are cooked. Can be made with smaller tarts.
