Directions

  1. Cut tomatoes in wedges
  2. Remove pits from both avocado and slice thick squeeze lemon juice over slices
  3. In a small ramekin add oil, vinegar, salt mix well
  4. Layer a side dish one wedge tomato, one thick slice avocado, repeat
  5. Garnish with parsley
