Ingredients
- 2 pkt lime jello, (3 ounce.)
- 3Â 3/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 pkt cream cheese, (8 ounces)
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
Directions
- First layer:Mix jello, water and pineapple, let set until hard.
- Second layer:Whip together and put on first layer.
- Third layer:Mix the sugar, flour, Large eggs and pineapple juice. Cook until thick, then let cold. Put this on top. Refrigerateand serve.
