Ingredients
- 8 slices low calorie bread
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 4 large eggs
- 4 packages. Sweet 'N' Low
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Scald lowfat milk. Spray pan with Pam. Sprinkle raisins in pan. Break up bread on top of raisins.Mix large eggs, vanilla, Sweet 'N' Low with lowfat milk. Pour on top of bread, sprinkle top with cinnamon.
- Set pan in another pan with water.
- Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour, till knife comes out clean.
