Directions

  1. 1. Dice pork, lettuce, green peppers and onions.
  2. 2. Mince ginger root, then combine with soy sauce, sugar and salt.
  3. 3. Heat oil. Add in pork and stir-fry till golden brown (about 3 to 4 min).
  4. 4. Add in onion and stir-fry 1/2 minute. Add in peppers; stir-fry 1 minute more. Add in lettuce; stir-fry another minute.
  5. 5. Add in ginger-soy mix and stir-fry to blend flavors (1 to 2 min more). Serve at once.
