Without a doubt our favorite grilled Beef Burger!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Sirloin freshly Ground Beef (I use a Meat Market)
  • a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • a few dashes of onion and garlic powder
  • S & P, to taste
  • 4 Large Rolls/Buns of your choice
  • 1 whole large onion
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Drizzling of Olive Oil
  • Any Condiments you love (cheese, tomato, lettuce, etc)

Directions

  1. Add ground sirloin beef in a mixing bowl with Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic powders, S & P, and mix well, form 4 patties, grill to your liking
  2. Slice onion and add into flour, place on a non stick baking sheet pan drizzle with olive oil and bake 15 minutes @ 400 F or until straws are golden in color
  3. Add your favorite condiments and assemble burgers
  4. Enjoy!
  5. We love this with pickles, cole slaw or potato salad sides.
