Directions

  1. Combine ground beef, onion, garlic, spinach, tomato, cheese, dill, salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 6 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
  3. Greek Vinaigrette
  4. Whisk together oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl; whisk in lemon juice and vinegar
  5. Use right away or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days
