Directions

  1. Cut chocolate into 1/2- to 1-inch pcs. Process chocolate in food processor till finely minced. In small saucepan, stir together cream and honey; bring to a boil.
  2. With processor running, slowly drizzle warm cream over chocolate. Process till combined. Transfer to medium bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill. May be made 2 days ahead.
  3. Makes 1 c..
