- 3 pound chicken wings
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. shoyu
- 1/2 teaspoon aji
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 stalks green onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
Directions
- Cut chicken wings at joint into 3 pcs. Combine all ingredients and marinate at least 2 hrs. Deep fry till golden.
