Sandwich Chutney Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Cleaned washed and liquid removed coriander
  • 2 x Green chillies
  • 1/2 x Lemon
  • 15 x Peanuts, (15 to 20)
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 slc Bread
  • 1 x Clovette garlic.

Directions

  1. Chop the coriander coarsely.
  2. Put all ingredients in a small blender .
  3. Blend until smooth. Add in very little water if required.
  4. Remove with a rubber spatula.
  5. Store in a clean dry airtight bottle in refrigerator.
  6. Use on buttered toast, bread or possibly in sandwiches as seasoning.
  7. Shelf life: 2-3 days (refrigerated)
  8. Making time: 10 min.
