  • 2 slc whole-grain bread
  • 1 Tbsp. Major Grey chutney
  • 1/3 c. shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. watercress sprigs

Directions

  1. Spread 1 slice bread with chutney, cover with cheddar cheese, and top with remaining slice of bread. Place sandwich in an 8- to 10-inch nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Toast on each side, heating till cheese melts, 5 to 6 min total. Open sandwich and tuck in watercress sprigs.
