Directions

  1. Tie cinnamon and cloves in cheesecloth. Bring water to boil. Add in cinnamon and cloves; simmer about 10 min. Remove from heat. Add in tea bags, cover and steep for 5 min. Remove tea bags and spices.
  2. Add in sugar and cold to room temperature. Add in juices. Store in refrigerator till ready to serve. Before serving, ream 1 lemon and add in juice to mix. Slice another lemon and add in to tea while heating. Remove lemon slices from warm tea before serving. 30 (1/2 c.) servings.
