Ingredients
- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 2 tsp unsalted soft butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/1/2 cps cream
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbls reg sugar
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Cut bananas into chunks
- add both brown and white sugars
- Add butter
- place in a roasting pan and bake at 400 degrees till brown
- turn only once
- Remove from oven and place in a medium size bowl ,add all other ingredients ,puree in a food processor till smooth
- Remove and place in the fridge till chilled
- When chilled place into your Ice cream machine and follow your manufacturers directions..To serve scoop into chilled bowls add some Toasted Coconut and Enjoy
