Roast Beef Au Jus Recipe

Great for a Sunday Family Meal, for guests, with leftovers to make several meals.

Ingredients

  • 8 pound Twined wrapped Whole Roast Beef (I use a Meat/Butcher Market)
  • Salt & Black Pepper
  • Onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • dash or two of cumin
  • 2 cups Low sodium beef broth

Directions

  1. Season the entire roast well, add into a large roasting pan with beef broth, cover with foil and bake (for medium) 15 minutes per pound @ 400 F
  2. Allow to rest 10 minutes, slice
  3. I make 3 meals from one Roast.
  4. Lovely with garlic mashed potatoes
  5. Green Vegetable
