Ingredients
- 1 tsp jarred minced garlic
- 1 sm onion minced
- 1 lb seafood mix or possibly shrimp
- 1 c. white table wine
- Â Â lobster, crab or possibly combination
- 3 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley
- 1/4 stk butter
- Â Â salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x 12 oz thi spaghetti cooked
- 2 x cloves garlic crushed or possibly 2
- Â Â according to dir.
Directions
- In a saucepan heat butter in extra virgin olive oil on low heat. Add in onion and garlic and sauteefor 3 min Add in wine, parsley and salt and pepper. simmer for 5 min
- Add in seafood and simmer for 5 min Pour over cooked pasta. Options: To make a red sauce- add in 1-4 ounce can tomato sauce with wine...proceed To make a real white sauce Add in 1 pint heavy cream at the end of cooking when the heat is turned off.(heating cream may cause it to separate).
